Since 1993, the Nevada Childhood Cancer
Foundation has grown to offer over 20 programs and services for
ALL critically ill children and their families in southern
Nevada. As when we began, and with our growth, we continue to
give our full attention and emotional support to each family
with whom we have the opportunity to serve. The foundation is
home to professionals and staff members who ensure that a
critically ill child is given hope by continuing their education
during illness along with psychological counseling to battle
their disease with strength and courage.
Our professionals also comfort families and
offer emotional and financial support to those struggling after
receiving a frightening diagnosis. We work to fulfill each need
and the many requests from families including supplying a
child's required medication, providing transportation for doctor
appointments, providing food and clothes to struggling families,
and so much more. We take these frightened children and their
families by the hand and let them know they won't go though this
alone. We can and will navigate the way.
As you view our photos
and read through our programs,
we hope that you will join us by "Embracing the Life of a
Child" though volunteering, participating in special
events, sending a child to camp,
or making a donation.
